Swibo

The Swibo knives are professional tools for the kitchen tasks. On the internet you can find much information about them. There are many different models for professional butchers, hunters and kitchen chefs. I picked this knife some years ago and it has been used much. I have touched some on the Swibo from time to time on Sakhome.com. This knife has been used much on fish and to cut through the backbone on large cod. It’s been used on many food tasks and kitchen uses. This knife is the one that gave me the biggest surprise of all. It is an incredible product that is professional and with the best quality.

I would say on the economy line without sewing eye up to 1987. With sewing eye 1985-1987 until today. The economy line got variations. BR

Hi, good observation. The economy line does not follow the regular line. Some times it is close like the sewing eye can be 1985+ couple years on the economy.BR
