The historic SAK Brand Wenger

I managed to secure one more of the Wenger AP Snow 79. It is such a cool design that resulted in me now having a rather nice set of these. This one is also in its original box marked 11 2013 that is a bit special date regarding Wenger merging.

Wenger was always very faithful towards the active outdoors brand image and focus for their quality knives. The design of several products in their lineup had and still got a big impact for me. Please take the time to see my pages on the famous Ranger and other SAKs made by them.

The particular model RangerGrip 79 must be placed in the top list of any Swiss Army Knives ever made. The AP Snow with all its variations could perhaps be the coolest design I have ever seen yet.

The 120mm continued after the New Ranger. They had Patent and not pat pend. I say pat pend first then patent next. But! Wenger did many variations! :)

It is a superb question. Wenger used different stamps, some because of european laws. Usually the quality and steel is the same. Which is first? Not sure.
