D03 Allblack orange

21.06.2018

Today i would like to show you my latest Swiza knife and it is a very nice one in deed. It is the AllBlack Orange D03 model.  The black and orange color goes very well together and it helps very much that it is on a quality Swiss knife too.

It come in a nice slide box, the coating used on the ALLBlack is a PVD type coating that is strong and durable. Coated blades, functions and constructions give a very solid impression to me. The black is not easy to see. That is why the orange is not only nice to look at it will also make it easier to find the knife if you drop it. Black and orange combination makes this perhaps suitable for services or rescue workers. The Swiza knives are strong against corrosion and the PVD will enhance this protection making these suitable for wet conditions. It is a known fact that in the modern world a knife blade is not enough because of equipment and machines. Anyhow this knife can fit EDC very well because it is not bulky in a pocket. It sure is smart to bring in a pocket for main use or as a backup safety knife.

I cannot find any negative to say or find any part of this Swiss knife that could be better.

Hi! Good observation. Yes it seems there are some differences on them, both Wenger and Victorinox.

Hi Trond! Question, do you know if victorinox at any time reduced the surface of the nail file like wenger did? I saw this in a couple of classic SD nail files
