It’s always been so with Swiss knives that some knives can be directed at women. Even if a knife got handle colors that are or could be
directed at women it can also be for men. Pink is a color that most would say could be one that is for women and no problem with this. It is a good detail that some knives are more interesting for the female knife users and demands. With Swiss Army Knives
it was a constant development for making new handle colors that could be directed at several demands in the world. We had knives made for the fashion industry and designs. I believe it is a good thing that we get a large amount of handle designs and colors.
Today the pink color I feel can be used for a unisex public.
Most of the Swiza knives in my opinion can be used by men and women. Some colors like this on the picture
today can be a bit more directed at the female users a bit better. Many are mistaken to believe that this color has always been so. In the historic sense it was a masculine one in the past. It is not one I prefer for sure. It is in my collection only, lol.
I like it and it is interesting. Swiza is reinventing the Swiss knife and in a way it follows up with supersonic speed the market that we have seen with Victorinox and Wenger. What took years and decades to achieve
seem to happen in months and years. I am very sure that this Company got a very well developed product development, knowledge base and skilled workers. Well we know this to be the case also and we know who it is that made this happen. The knives on the picture
are the Swiza D01 Pink and a Wenger RangerGrip 61.891 Pink. This was a product that was introduced at the last part of the Wenger knives history. Time will tell if the D01 will be a novelty or a knife that will be extra popular and continue in the production.
There are several pink models made and AllBlack incuded.
